Lab Results: Other Chemistry: 30-Oct-21 14:04, Brain Natriuretic Peptide Brain Natriuretic Peptide 101 [10 - 100 pg/ml] A cutoff of 100 pg/mL has been demonstrated to provide the maximal combination of sensitivity, specificity, and negative predictive value for contributing to the diagnosis of congestive heart failure (CHF). A BNP value greater than 100 pg/mL is consistent with a diagnosis of CHF in the appropriate clinical setting. Blood concentrations of natriuretic peptides may also be elevated in patients with myocardial infarction and in patients who are candidates for or are undergoing renal dialysis. 30-Oct-21 14:04, Chemistry 14 Profile Estimated GFR 61.65 [60.00 - 130. ml/ min] Estimated Glomerular Filtration Rate 50.95 [60.00 - 130. ml/ min] Estimated GFR Value <60 ml/min/1.73 sq meters is indicative of chronic kidney disease <15 ml/min/1.73 sq meters is indicative of kidney failure The Estimated GFR is calculated by the four variable MDRD equation. Limitations of this calculation include: Decreased accuracy for values >60 Decreased accuracy in the hospitalized/severely ill patient populations Disregard EGFR values for infants and children (should not be applied to this age group) 30-Oct-21 14:04, Troponin I Troponin I 0.07 [0.00 - 0.03 ng/mL] Normal: <= 0.03 ng/mL Indeterminate: 0.04-0.29 ng/mL Suggestive of Myocardial Damage: >= 0.30 ng/mL 30-Oct-21 14:30, Cortisol Random, Serum Cortisol Random, Serum 31.3 [2.3 - 19.4 ug/dl] 30-Oct-21 14:30, Lipase, Serum Lipase, Serum 14 [22 - 51 U/L] 30-Oct-21 14:30, Magnesium Level, Serum Magnesium Level, Serum 1.3 [1.6 - 2.6 mg/dL] ABG & VBG: 30-Oct-21 14:18, Venous Blood Gas Request *FIO2 50.0 Coagulation: 30-Oct-21 14:30, PT Protime Protime. 37.3 [10.1 - 12.5 sec] INR 3.36 [0.80 - 1.20] Therapeutic range for DVT, PE and prophylactic use 2.0-3.0 Therapeutic range for high risk patients and mechanical heart valve patients 2.5-3.5 CBC-Differential-Morphology: 30-Oct-21 14:04, CBC White Blood Cell Count 7.9 [4.5 - 11.0 K/cmm] Red Blood Cell Count 3.65 [3.90 - 5.60 M/cmm] Hemoglobin 11.1 [12.0 - 17.3 g/dL] Hematocrit 33.2 [36.0 - 53.0 %] Mean Corpuscular Volume 90.8 [80.0 - 100.0 fl] Mean Corpuscular Hemoglobin 30.5 [26.0 - 34.0 PG] Mean Corpuscular Hemoglobin Concn 33.6 [31.0 - 37.0 %] Red Cell Distribution Width 15.3 [11.5 - 14.5 %] *Platelet Count 215 [140 - 440 K/cmm] Mean Platelet Volume 7.4 [7.4 - 10.4 FL] Automated Neutrophils % 75 [ %] Automated Lymphocytes % 18 [ %] Automated Monocytes % 7 [ %] Automated Eosinophils % 0 [ %] Automated Basophils % 0 [ %] Absolute Neutrophil Count 5.9 [1.0 - 8.0 K/cmm] Absolute Lymphocyte Count 1.4 [1.0 - 5.0 K/cmm] Absolute Monocyte Count 0.5 [0.1 - 0.8 K/cmm] Chemistry Panels & Profiles: 30-Oct-21 14:04, Chemistry 14 Profile Sodium Level, Serum 139 [136 - 144 mmol/L] Potassium Level, Serum 4.4 [3.6 - 5.1 mmol/L] Chloride Level, Serum 98 [101 - 111 mmol/L] Total Carbon Dioxide, Serum 27 [20 - 30 mmol/L] Blood Urea Nitrogen, Serum 34 [8 - 26 mg/dL] Creatinine Level, Serum 1.36 [0.61 - 1.24 mg/dL] Anion Gap 14 [8 - 16 mmol/L] Glucose, Serum 136 [70 - 99 mg/dL] The above reference range for glucose is appropriate for the fasting state.
