An adult female patient (not pregnant) received bnt162b2 (BNT162B2), administration date 13Mar2021 (Lot number: OEN6206) as dose 2, single for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. Vaccination history included: Bnt162b2 (lot number: EM9809,, lot unknown: False,, dose number: 1), administration date: 19Feb2021, for COVID-19 Immunization. The following information was reported: PAIN IN EXTREMITY (non-serious), VACCINATION SITE PAIN (non-serious) all with onset 14Mar2021, outcome "recovered" (2021) and all described as "pain in left arm at injection site pain in left underarm for a few day"; SLUGGISHNESS (non-serious) with onset 14Mar2021, outcome "recovered" (2021), described as "sluggishness". Therapeutic measures were not taken as a result of pain in extremity, vaccination site pain, sluggishness.
