SUSPECTED COVID-19 INFECTION (HEADACHE, COLD LIKE SYMPTOMS); REVACCINATION WITH DIFFERENT COVID-19 VACCINE; This spontaneous report received from a patient via Pfizer concerned a 43 year old female. The patient's height, and weight were not reported. The patient's concurrent conditions included: drug allergy. The patient received covid-19 vaccine ad26.cov2.s (Dose number in series 1) (suspension for injection, route of admin not reported, batch number: 1805022 expiry: UNKNOWN) dose was not reported, 01 total, administered on left arm on 06-MAR-2021 09:00 for covid-19 prophylaxis. Age at time of vaccination 41 years old. Concomitant medications included Advil (ibuprofen) for drug used for unknown indication It was unknown whether patient had any adverse events following vaccination with covid-19 vaccine ad26.cov2.s (Dose number in series 1). The patient received additional dose of non-company suspect vaccine Moderna COVID-19 vaccine (elasomeran) (Dose number in series 2) (form of administration and route of administration were not reported, batch number: 012F21A CVS#1517 expiry: UNKNOWN) dose was not reported, administered on left arm on 22-OCT-2021 for covid-19 prophylaxis. On 22-OCT-2021, the patient revaccinated with different covid-19 vaccine (Dose number in series 2). The patient received additional dose of non-company suspect vaccine Pfizer (tozinameran) (Dose number in series 3) (form of admin and route of admin were not reported, batch number: GJ2524 GIANT 348 expiry: UNKNOWN) dose was not reported, administered on left arm on 15-SEP-2022 12:00 for covid-19 prophylaxis. On OCT-2022, the patient experienced suspected covid-19 infection and she received covid-19 treatment of unspecified drug (form of administration and route of administration were not reported, batch number: unknown and expiry: unknown) dose was not reported, administered from 07-OCT-2022 till 11-OCT-2022 for covid-19 treatment. 7 days after covid-19 treatment on 18-OCT-2022, symptoms again started with headache and cold like symptoms (Dose number in series 3). The action taken with covid-19 vaccine ad26.cov2.s was not applicable. The patient had not recovered from suspected covid-19 infection (headache, cold like symptoms), and the outcome of revaccination with different covid-19 vaccine was not reported. This report was non-serious.
