April 16 2021: fell asleep on plane and woke up with paralysis of left hand with numbnes. Numbness resolved within hours, but nerve paralysis from posterior interosseos nerve continued for 11+ weeks. At the same time also started numbness and tingling of feet and hands, intermittently. Most common was if anything bumped my skin would set off long lasting numbness and tingling. Also if sittiting funny lean on anything. All nerves seem hypersenitive. This still exists and comes and goes, not every day but several days a week. July 20, 2021 started heart palpitations, at first would come and go. One occasion of dizzy and needing to sit down. Saw primary care end of Sept and diagnosed with frequent PVCs, same day got a flu vaccine and cardiac symptoms worsened. Seen in the ER 5 days later. Follow up in cardiology. Diagnosed with PVCs and atrial arrythmia. Now taking metropolol to control symptoms.

On 13-Feb-2021, the patient received first dose of mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (Intramuscular) 1 dosage form. My arm was sore. Then I had fatigue and then at about 14 hours after the injection, I started having chills - like I had temperature with hot and cold chills. I got very cold; my blood pressure dropped - I happened to have a doctor appt the day following the vaccine - the bottom level was very low of my blood pressure - it was 45. I couldn't warm up - my extremities were very cold. I had chest pain and it felt like my heart rate was going in an out of atrial fibulation. I had shortness of breath. I measured my blood oxygen concentration and had dropped down to 90%. I didn't sleep well because I was so chilled and not feeling well. I felt like I had a bad flu. I rested the next day (10th) the symptoms slowly went away between 10 am and 1:00. At 3:00 pm, I saw my pain doctor and I told him about it but I was feeling much better although blood pressure was low. Fatigue lasted for 3-5 days afterwards but it wasn't anything last the first 24 hours. I didn't go to ER because it seemed to resolve itself in the day.

Swelling on left side of Face; A Spontaneous report was received from a Consumer concerning 78 years old, female patient who experienced swelling of face. The patient's medical history was not reported. No Concomitant medicines were reported. Lab details were unknown. On 02 Feb 2021, prior to the onset of the events, the patient received their first of two planned doses of mRNA-1273 (Batch number: 031L20A) intramuscularly in the left arm for prophylaxis of COVID-19 infection.
