Urine bleeding "like a slightly pink in the urine"; sore arm; Diarrhea; This spontaneous case was reported by a consumer and describes the occurrence of HAEMATURIA (Urine bleeding "like a slightly pink in the urine"), PAIN IN EXTREMITY (sore arm) and DIARRHOEA (Diarrhea) in a 69-year-old female patient who received mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (batch no. 01320MA) for COVID-19 vaccination. The patient's past medical history included No adverse event (No medical history reported ). On 22-Feb-2021, the patient received first dose of mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (Intramuscular) 1 dosage form. On 22-Feb-2021, the patient experienced HAEMATURIA (Urine bleeding "like a slightly pink in the urine"), PAIN IN EXTREMITY (sore arm) and DIARRHOEA (Diarrhea). On 23-Feb-2021, HAEMATURIA (Urine bleeding "like a slightly pink in the urine") and DIARRHOEA (Diarrhea) had resolved. At the time of the report, PAIN IN EXTREMITY (sore arm) outcome was unknown. The action taken with mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (Intramuscular) was unknown.
