Chills; Fever; Aches and pain; aches; This spontaneous case was reported by a consumer and describes the occurrence of CHILLS (Chills), PYREXIA (Fever), PAIN (Aches and pain) and MYALGIA (aches) in a 70-year-old male patient who received mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (batch no. M014M20A) for COVID-19 immunisation. No medical history was provided by the reporter. The patient's past medical history included COVID-19 from 27-Dec-2020 to 10-Jan-2021 and Flu from 27-Dec-2020 to 10-Jan-2021. On 01-Mar-2021, the patient received first dose of mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (Intramuscular) 1 dosage form. On 01-Mar-2021, the patient experienced CHILLS (Chills), PYREXIA (Fever), PAIN (Aches and pain) and MYALGIA (aches). On 04-Mar-2021, CHILLS (Chills), PYREXIA (Fever), PAIN (Aches and pain) and MYALGIA (aches) had resolved. DIAGNOSTIC RESULTS (normal ranges are provided in parenthesis if available): On 27-Dec-2020, Influenza: (Positive) Positive. On 27-Dec-2020, SARS-CoV-2 test: (Positive) Positive.
