6/5/2021- Outbreak of Shingles on lower left back, above waist. Preceded by 2 days of fatigue. Outbreak of rash, approx, 2"-3 "singular patch, lasted approx 2.5 to 3 weeks, and then resolved. Pain and discomfort managed by Hydrocoritsone cream 1%
