-Swelling at injection site (approx. the size of an orange), swelling went down, then I had a odd feeling running down to my elbow, and the next morning it had settled in my hip, and then moved to my sacrum. The feeling and movement of the vaccine was something like I had never felt before (it hurt terribly and it felt like what ever it was was stuck). I ended up in PT for a month to straighten out my sacrum, hip, and disks). I had done nothing to spur any injury on, I am in shape and work out every other day. Vaccine dose #2 I had a sleeve of red from the injection site, down to my elbow, and down my side for two weeks...I then acquired neuropathy in those same areas, and then it developed into full blown shingles (of which is still not completely gone). I never had the chicken pox as a child. The physician that I saw in my doctors office the day I went in for the rash (not my normal doc), said that they had an uptick in shingles cases from people who were approx.. 6 weeks from their second vaccine.
