Experienced chest and joint pain that gradually became worse several days after the vaccine. Went to local ER at 03:30 on 4/9 due to severe chest pain, left arm pain, and shortness of breath. Vital signs were normal and stable, but had severe shortness of breath. Was given a breathing treatment. Chest CT was done due to an elevated D-Dimer level. Sent home without resolution. Continued with severe pain, shortness of breath, and inability to complete simple daily tasks. Went back to ER 2 days later for rapid heartbeat and continued severe chest pain. EKG. Vital signs were again normal. Followed up with my doctor and a cardiologist two weeks later. Blood pressure was very high during both visits (previously controlled) and changes were made to medication. Severe joint pain continued until 6/3/21
