This spontaneous case was reported by a consumer and describes the occurrence of INAPPROPRIATE SCHEDULE OF PRODUCT ADMINISTRATION (patient received his first Moderna Covid-19 vaccine on 11Jan2021, second dose on 5FEB2021) and FATIGUE in a 67-year-old male patient who received mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (batch no. 0028L20A) for COVID-19 vaccination. No Medical History information was reported. On 05-Feb-2021, the patient received second dose of mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (unknown route) 1 dosage form. On 05-Feb-2021, the patient experienced INAPPROPRIATE SCHEDULE OF PRODUCT ADMINISTRATION (patient received his first Moderna Covid-19 vaccine on 11Jan2021, second dose on 5FEB2021) and FATIGUE. On 05-Feb-2021, INAPPROPRIATE SCHEDULE OF PRODUCT ADMINISTRATION (patient received his first Moderna Covid-19 vaccine on 11Jan2021, second dose on 5FEB2021) had resolved. This spontaneous case was reported by a consumer and describes the occurrence of RASH MORBILLIFORM (dark, rash, which looked like measles on both inner thighs and both lower legs) in a 71-year-old male patient who received mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (batch no. 0028L20a) for COVID-19 vaccination. Concomitant products included ATORVASTATIN, METHYLPHENIDATE HYDROCHLORIDE (RITALIN) and CELECOXIB (CELEBREX) for an unknown indication. On 31-Jan-2021, the patient received first dose of mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (Intramuscular) 1 dosage form. On 09-Feb-2021, the patient experienced RASH MORBILLIFORM (dark, rash, which looked like measles on both inner thighs and both lower legs). At the time of the report, RASH MORBILLIFORM (dark, rash, which looked like measles on both inner thighs and both lower legs) was resolving. The action taken with mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (Intramuscular) was unknown. Arthralgia C-reactive protein increased Muscle discomfort Myalgia

Symptomtext

Since 2 days after the first vaccine in Dec 2020 I have experienced migrating discomfort in muscles and joints. I had to take medrol dosepak on 2 separate occasions to allow me to function. The symptoms go away completely with the steroids. Otherwise I take Advil 2 tablets BID (I did TID for a while). I never had to take anything before in my life. I never had these symptoms prior to the vaccines. I took the second dose with persistent symptoms from the first vaccine.

The only relevant medical test was the C-reactive protein which was done twice: once before the second dose and once after the second one. I do not remember the exact dates but lets say late Jan and Late Feb. The first one was 2.00, the second 1.98.
