Symptomtext
Patient complained of paid from shortly after the injection. Within 3 hrs he had difficulty walking, Legs from knees down were difficult to function. Subject fell down twice from leg problems. Subject died within 6 to 7 hours after injection. Exact cause of death is still be investigated through autopsy requested by the family. Not subject had had a full physical in Dec 2020 and no problems recorded. He did not have any comobidities with the exception of type 2 diabetes which was under control. He was fully functional and drove himself to the clinic and back before and after the injecetion.

- Unfortunately, no blood or toxicology tests were performed before embalming. The dept of health did not put a hold or investigate the death. Still waiting autopsy report, but we have been told they will not be able to establish if the vaccine played a direct roll.
