Symptomtext

Patient became dizzy and light headed, passed out into chair (briefly), employee felt tightness in chest, SOB, taken to emergency room at this point, increased heart rate, blood pressure and SOB. Patient given Neb treatment, Solu-Medrol, Toradol (for migraine). Patient discharged from emergency room with improved breathing. Patient reports she is still SOB at times, has muscle aches, fatigue and soreness at injection site.
