Symptomtext
Pt developed atrial fibrillation unresponsive to outpatient beta blockers. He required an admission for atrial fibrillation with rapid venticular rate and congestive heart failure with a BN Peptide of 1022. His EKG and Chest X-Ray were consistent with rapid atrial fibrillation and CHF. He ultimately had a cardiac ablation and required a biventricular pacemaker. Recent study published shows an increased risk of an acute cardiac event from 11% to 25% over 5 years. Pt's cardiac status has been stable for years and he has not felt well since his second COVID Vaccine injection.
