L029L20A, 0012A21A and 037C21A) for COVID-19 vaccination. No Medical History information was reported. On 26-Jan-2021, the patient received first dose of mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (unknown route) 1 dosage form. On 24-Feb-2021, received second dose of mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (unknown route) dosage was changed to 1 dosage form. On 10-Nov-2021, received third dose of mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (unknown route) dosage was changed to 1 dosage form. On 26-Jan-2021, the patient experienced FATIGUE (reports feeling tired after her first Moderna Covid-19 vaccine.). At the time of the report, FATIGUE (reports feeling tired after her first Moderna Covid-19 vaccine.) outcome was unknown. mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (Unknown) dosing remained unchanged. No Concomitant product use was reported. The patient received their first Moderna Covid-19 vaccine on 26-Jan-2021 and reported feeling tired after the first Moderna Covid-19 vaccine. The patient received their second dose of Moderna vaccine on 24-Feb-2021 and reported no adverse reactions or side effects to the second dose. The patient received their first booster dose on 10-Nov-2021 and had no adverse reactions or side effects after the first booster dose. No treatment information was provided.
