Symptomtext

I had Covid-19 on March 16, 2020; had loss of smell, taste, sore throat for 2 nights & tiny bit of trying to catch my breath - symptoms only for 2 days or so. Within 7 hours of receiving Moderna 1st dose, following symptoms occurred for 6 days: fever 101.6, skin super sensitive to touch (wearing clothes hurt); joints very, very sore; red rash on neck and torso; hives on both arms from bend of arm down to wrist; severe itching on upper body and head; very weak; no appetite; loss of little toenail on right foot (my feet are very healthy - no previous problems with nails or skin on them.

First day of injection 2/23/2021 left upper arm was sore to touch, 2nd day (2/24/2021) I had 3 dizzy spells that passed after I took motion sickness BONINE pill. 3rd day (2/25/2021) I had nausea + 1 dizzy spell. Saw Primary Care Dr on 3/1/2021, She advised to take OTC Benadryl + Zyrtec or Claritin for Hives. As needed. Dr. took photograph of 2 hives on left shoulder . She noted all hives were in vicinity of the left shoulder near where the shot was given,, about 3 to 6 inches away from point of injection.).

This was a followup for continuing medical problems. I also informed Doctor of new itchy bumps on skin near where I had the Moderna COVID injection on 2/23/2021. Dr took photo of 2 hives up on the collar bone. I had 4 or 5 hives were red, a swollen and itchy. HIVES and ITCHING continued 3/1 -3/3/2021. Applied hydrocortisone cream and taking Benadryl .

Symptomtext

Started experiencing local injection site pain within an hour of injection, took 2 Advils, then began getting light-headed @ 4 hours post injection, fatigued and nausea 8 hours post injection. Took 2 more Advils @ 3 AM, nausea was worse during the night, took some Rolaids, Nausea subsided @ 11 AM on 2/13/2021. Fatuque and site pain was increasing. Did not take any more Advils or other medication except for regular prescription meds listed in this report. Left arm site very bruised, lymph node tenderness of left armpit began early evening of 2/13. Late evening 2/13, very bad headache, took 2 Advils with good relief. No increased temperature until early morning 2/15, highest being 99.8 oral. Took 2 tylenols on 2/15 @ 2;30 AM, Temperature decreased to 98.8 oral. and headache was diminished. Fatigue, arm pain, and tenderness of the lymph node/left armpit continued.
