Patient has hx of dermatitis herpetiformis, complains of rash on back. First dose 3/8/21, patient reported rash on 3/18/21. Received 2nd dose 04/05/21. Reported again to PCP on 5/17/2021. Currently takes antiviral (famciclovir) every day
