Symptomtext
Patient developed pain and swelling in LLE about 2 weeks after receiving vaccine and was diagnosed with DVT. He has no other risk factors and was initially considered an unprovoked DVT, however, when he shared is vaccine information with us, we felt that it was best to report it. He was treated with starting dose of Eliquis 10mg BID x7 days and is now on maintenance dose of 5mg BID.
