Wednesday 5/5/2021 I had the worst headache and ear ache , I have ever experienced up to that point. I was able to make an appointment for late that afternoon with my primary care doctor. He examined me, didnt think i had a sinus or ear infection, he did put me on an antibiotic and told me to get to my ENT as soon as possible. I saw my ENT Dr on Friday 5/7/2021. it was he who identified my Sudden Idiopathic Sensorineural Hearing Loss ( right side). He was able to rapidly diagnose this by using an in office test followed by a hearing test.
