FLARE UP; NERVOUS; ACIDIC PH; TINGLING; NUMBNESS; SHAKING; JITTERY; ABNORMAL VITALS; This spontaneous report received from a patient concerned a 51 year old female. The patient's height, and weight were not reported. The patient's concurrent conditions included depression, anxiety, seasonal allergies, social drinker, and smoker, and other pre-existing medical conditions included patient takes allergy shots for her seasonal allergies. no drug abuse or illicit drug usage.The patient received covid-19 vaccine ad26.cov2.s (suspension for injection, intramuscular, batch number: 1802068JJ and expiry: UNKNOWN) .5 ml, administered on 07-MAR-2021 to Right Arm for prophylactic vaccination. Concomitant medications included bupropion for anxiety, and depression, azithromycin for seasonal allergies, cetirizine hydrochloride for seasonal allergies, and montelukast sodium for seasonal allergies. On 07-MAR-2021, the subject experienced tingling. On 07-MAR-2021, the subject experienced numbness. On 07-MAR-2021, the subject experienced shaking. On 07-MAR-2021, the subject experienced jittery. On 07-MAR-2021, the subject experienced abnormal vitals. Laboratory data included: Blood pressure (NR: not provided) 170/110 mmHg, Heart rate (NR: not provided) 106 bpm, and Pulse rate (NR: not provided) 80-90 bpm. On 08-MAR-2021, the subject experienced flare up. On 08-MAR-2021, the subject experienced nervous. On 08-MAR-2021, the subject experienced acidic ph.
