Patient reports developing a rash 1 week after receiving Johnson & Johnson vaccine. Patient describes rash as bright red spots on bilateral legs from knees to ankles. Majority of spots are around the ankles on the inner aspect of leg. Spots are the size of a pinky finger tip and are not bothersome in the way of itching or hurting. Patient reports contacting PCP who instructed patient to contact the local health department. Patient spoke with a pharmacist who recommended she use a cream that she was unable to remember the name of when speaking with the reporter.
