STARTING AROUND 4/3 she started to experience dizziness, nausea and memory loss. On 04/06 She passed out while sitting in her chair, woke up and began throwing up. Had extreme short term memory loss and low blood pressure. On 04/08 while at her primary care Dr, he suggested a hospital visit with suspicion of possible stroke. Was admitted and released the following day. Dr advised possible mini strokes but could also be dehydration. CBC with differential showed other results than dehydration. Starting around 04/20 she started having chest pains and thought it was heart burn, after medication and another visit to her pcp she was admitted to the hospital again on 04/23. Her troponin levels indicated a possible heart attack. She had a heart catherization and was found to have a healthy heart. Again, her blood pressure has been decreased since, her hgb and hct has also been low with a history of it being high. A high WBC since all of this has started among other unexplained blood results.

The patient's weight, height, and medical history were not reported.The patient received covid-19 vaccine ad26.cov2.s (suspension for injection, intramuscular, batch number: 1805022, expiry: UNKNOWN) dose was not reported, administered on 08-MAR-2021 to Left Arm for prophylactic vaccination. No concomitant medications were reported. On 09-MAR-2021, the subject experienced body ache. On 09-MAR-2021, the subject experienced fever. On 09-MAR-2021, the subject experienced headache. On 09-MAR-2021, the subject experienced malaise. On 10-MAR-2021, the subject experienced palpitations. On 10-MAR-2021, the subject experienced flushing. On 11-MAR-2021, the subject experienced red eyes. The action taken with covid-19 vaccine ad26.cov2.s was not applicable. Five hours after the covid vaccine shot, chills so bad my whole body was shaking, was running a temp , headache, aches all over.. these went away by the next morning but I continued to be very tired. Day three I was still very tired and developed a cold sore on the left corner of my mouth and sores in my mouth. Also had a left swollen gland near jaw line. I just layed low and rested. by March 23 the cold sore and sores in my mouth went away..

3/12/21 fatigue, brain fog, chills for about 12 hours as expected 3/16-3/21 extreme fatigue 3/21-3/22 stomach upset, dizziness, severe anxiety and panic 3/27/21 ER visit due to anxiety and panic; prescribed Ativan with no tests run 3/23- present Severe anxiety and panic, depression, heart burn, diahhrea, dizziness, headaches, weight loss of 20 lbs (unintentional), lack of appetite, insomnia, fatigue On 4/16/21 I had my thyroid levels checked. TSH in a October 2020 was 1.42. On 4/16/21 it was 0.21. Ultrasound of thyroid on 4/30/21 showed normal thyroid but 3 measurable calcium deposits on the side of the thyroid that are now being monitored. I have been unable to work on-site in school due to the anxiety and panic. I?ve tried 2 different anxiety meds but unable to take due to side effects.

Onset of fever, chills, nausea, and intense night sweats 6 weeks and 2 days after vaccination. The fever, nausea, and night sweats lasted for 8 days. While it is unknow if the illness could have been associated with vaccination 6 weeks earlier, I am reporting it in case there are other similar cases of fever of unknown origin after vaccination.

Labs indicated a high C-reactive protein level of 143 and a lower than normal platelet count of 126,000 (patient's platelet count is typically 180,000 to 190,000). Other blood counts normal. Urine culture identified beta hemolytic streptococcus, group B but only 25,000-50,000 colony forming units per mL, lower that level to indicate infection. CT-Scans of abdomen, pelvis, and chest on 4/28/21 were normal.

Received vaccine at 9:25AM. Felt achy around 4PM and two Advil. Felt better. 12:15AM awoke to fever 101.4, chills, body aches and headache. Persisted through night into morning. Switched to 2 Tylenol at 8AM and felt a bit better.

Janssen COVID-19 Vaccine Woke middle of the night very cold under heavy covers, Hard to walk the next day, had some of the same symptoms I had when I had covid in November. I can't find the lingering side effect mentioned and why I am sending this: A month later my legs feel like they are in ice water, everything else went away after 3 days. At the touch they feel normal, this is all day everyday.
