INCREASED BLOOD PRESSURE; SEVERE BURSITIS; TIREDNESS; BLURRY VISION; NUMBNESS ON LEFT SIDE OF FACE AND NECK; SWELLING ON INSIDE OF MOUTH; ANXIETY; FEELING WIRED; NAUSEA; This spontaneous report received from a patient concerned a 77 year old female. The patient's height, and weight were not reported. The patient's concurrent conditions included allergies, and migraine. The patient received covid-19 vaccine ad26.cov2.s (suspension for injection, route of admin not reported, batch number: JJ1805029, and expiry: UNKNOWN) dose was not reported, administered on 08-APR-2021 for prophylactic vaccination. No concomitant medications were reported. On 08-APR-2021, the subject experienced blurry vision. On 08-APR-2021, the subject experienced numbness on left side of face and neck. On 08-APR-2021, the subject experienced swelling on inside of mouth. On 08-APR-2021, the subject experienced anxiety. On 08-APR-2021, the subject experienced feeling wired. On 08-APR-2021, the subject experienced nausea. On 09-APR-2021, the subject experienced tiredness. On 25-APR-2021, the subject experienced increased blood pressure. On 25-APR-2021, the subject experienced severe bursitis (arm felt as bugs biting the arm). Laboratory data included: Diagnostic ultrasound (NR: not provided) diagnosed with a severe case of bursitis (units unspecified), EKG (NR: not provided) diagnosed with a severe case of bursitis (units unspecified), and X-ray (NR: not provided) diagnosed with a severe case of bursitis (units unspecified). Treatment medications (dates unspecified) included: paracetamol. The action taken with covid-19 vaccine ad26.cov2.s was not applicable. The patient recovered from blurry vision, increased blood pressure, and nausea on APR-2021, and tiredness on 11-APR-2021, had not recovered from numbness on left side of face and neck, and swelling on inside of mouth, and the outcome of severe bursitis (arm felt as bugs biting the arm), anxiety and feeling wired was not reported. Symptomtext

Got J&J vaccine Sunday and have experienced every side effect listed. Had 103 degree fever, took tylenol, drank water. Fever broke @ 4am, still have excruciating headache, eyes hurt from the light, body aches, can't move right arm more than 90 degrees . Fever is now at 2pm 3/8 inching up, is 99.5.

Body temperature increased Chills

Symptomtext

About 5:30 PM, about eight hours after I received the shot, my temperature started to go up and got as high as 102.1. My usual body temperature is 96.7, not 98.6. I had chills. And about midnight my fever broke and started to go down. This morning it was back to being around 98 but now at about 2:30 PM it?s gone back up to 99.
