Symptomtext
Developed pain in left leg and numbness in left foot on 3/19/2021. Went to ER on 3/20/2021 and was admitted for blood clots. Spent 4 days in the ICU and clot busters were performed over the course of these days. Unable to bust clots and amputation was proposed due to no blood flow back to left foot. On 3/25/2021 bloodflow returned and I was discharged on 3/26/2021. I am still on a medical LOA from work after seven months due to numbness and severe nerve damage to my left foot. Difficulty walking, driving, and performing daily routines. Another procedure to perform an angiogram is pending scheduling at the time this is being written.

- From 3/20/2021 to 3/26/2021 I went through multiple IR treatments at the hospital to bust the clots in my left leg/foot. I was in the ICU for 4 days during this time and underwent tests and constant bloodwork while in the ICU. Suffered severe pain during these procedures and after each one was performed for the duration in the hospital. Was looking at amputation of my left leg when by a miracle bloodflow came back. However, to this date of writing the report I am still suffering pain and have been unable to return to work due to the damage it has caused to my nerves in my left foot.
