Chills Fatigue Headache Injection site pain Pyrexia

Symptomtext

Initially, I only had pain at the injection site. About 10 hours later I started to become fatigued and have chills. This is around the time that I went to bed. All through the night I was running a fever of about 101.4 degrees Fahrenheit oh, and my pulse is racing at about 108 beats per minute. I can feel my head pulsating and towards morning a headache came on. I did not take any medication and was just waiting for the fever to pass.

Symptomtext

Patient received the J&J covid vaccine 5/6/21 and started to feel symptoms of dizziness, weakness, fatigue, and black stools on 5/8/21. She was hospitalized due to symptoms and required a blood transfusion 2 units packed red blood cells due to hemoglobin below 10 and symptoms.
