Symptomtext

Person received Covid vaccine on 2/3/21 at 1620 at an off site Shelter. On 2/4/21 person was at a Detox center. She was being monitored and treated for alcohol withdrawal symptoms. She was given Chlordiazepoxide as part of management of withdrawal. On 2/4/21 in the evening she was stable throught the day. Then at approximately 6:45 pm, she had seizure-like event. Local 911 were called as she had become pulseless. She was brought to the hospital for continued resuscitation. She never regained consciousness and died 2/5/21 at 0248.
