After first dose her mental status become slightly altered and she leaned to the left a bit when standing up and walking.. From the day of second dose my sisters appetite decreased. She started sleeping more, got weaker to the point I had to bathe her, she had to start using a wheelchair. Mental status much more altered. She was to weak to go to dialysis on Monday March 22 2021 hospice was called in Tuesday March 23 2021 and she passed away at approximately 4:00 P.M. March 24th 2021.

chronic inflammation, neuromuscular pain, neurological symptoms, weakness. vision changes, EBV and HHV reactivation, burning in tissues, burning around breast implants, gout type pain n fingers, cognitive dysfunction, high anxiety, hair loss, heavy acid reflux and stomach problems, cough, sinus pain, swollen lymph nodes, pelvic/vaginal cysts, post exertional malaise, arm pain resulting in frozen shoulder and cortisone injection, headaches, some hearing loss, swelling in calves, ankles and feet. These began slowly after second injection on 2/6/21 and still continue to this date. Was hospitalized Sept. 8-12 with colitis and sepsis and diagnosed with C-diff after taking antibiotic to treat vaginal cysts.

Symptomtext

There was pain at injection site and some swelling for about 5 days. The next day, I began to have some hip pain on my left. The same side I received the vaccine. It continued to get worse over the next 2 days. On Friday night, I bent down to pick something up and couldn't get up right. It was like I was stuck. That was around 11pm, so the next day on the 30th , I went to my clinic and saw the PA. We diagnosed it as inflammation in my left hip. She prescribed 5 days of prednisone . The prednisone gave me some relief.

Chills, low-grade fever (99 - 100), headache, body ache, fatigue - lasted for two days, then lifted. One day of feeling fine, then the next day starting getting stomach cramps in waves, then more chills and fatigue, which lasted through that day; by afternoon of the next day I felt fine.

A 43 year-old female patient (not pregnant) received bnt162b2 (BNT162B2), intramuscular, administration date Jan2021 (Lot number: 8982) at the age of 42 years as dose 2, single and administration date Dec2020 (Lot number: el1284) as dose 1, single for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: DRUG INEFFECTIVE (medically significant), COVID-19 (medically significant) all with onset 12Jan2022, outcome "unknown" and all described as "Covid test result: Positive". The patient underwent the following laboratory tests and procedures: sars-cov-2 test: (12Jan2022) positive, notes: Nasal Swab. No follow-up attempts are possible. No further information is expected.; Sender's Comments: The efficacy of a drug varies from patient to patient and can be affected by different factors; however, a contributory role of the suspect drug BNT162B2 (COMIRNATY) to the reported events drug ineffective/COVID-19 cannot be ruled out.

My blood sugar has gone up from average 130 to 190; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer (reported for himself ). A 78-year-old male patient received bnt162b2 (PFIZER COVID-19 VACCINE, Solution for injection, Lot Number: 89-82) via unspecified route in arm left on 28Jan2021 at 10:30 AM as DOSE 2, SINGLE for COVID-19 Immunization (at the age of 78 Years). The patients medical history included Kidney Stage 3, Diabetes, Neuropathy on an unknown dates and CRT-D surgery on 25Jan2021. It was reported that the patient had known allergies to Zoocor, Rocephin. Concomitant medications included Alogliptin, Empagliflozin (JARDIANCE), Insulin Glargine (LANTUS) these are the medications the patient received within 2 weeks of vaccination. The patient previously took first dose bnt162b2 (PFIZER COVID-19 VACCINE, Solution for injection, Lot Number: EK9231) via unspecified route into Left arm on 07Jan2021 at 10:30 AM as DOSE 1, SINGLE for COVID-19 Immunization. The patient did not received any other vaccines within 4 weeks prior to the COVID vaccine. Prior to vaccination, the patient was not diagnosed with COVID-19. Since the vaccination, the patient not tested for COVID-19. On 30Jan2021 at 08:00 AM the patient experienced my blood sugar has gone up from average 130 to 190. The patient underwent lab tests and procedures which included Blood glucose result as 130 to 190 on 30Jan2021. The patient visited physician office. The patient did not receive any treatment for adverse event. The clinical outcome of the event was not recovered. Follow-up (11May2021): Follow-up attempts completed. No further information expected.
