Pt. developed faint itchy rash of upper chest and upper arms, no respiratory symptoms, no C/O throat closing, etc.

Pt. complained of nausea and mild headache, she appeared to have some mild erythroderma of face and both arms, but unclear if it was baseline. She seemed anxious about the vaccine, and wanted to leave as her husband was waiting for her.

Flushing Throat tightness

Symptomtext

Pt. felt flushing right away with vaccination then quickly after noted tightening of her throat. She had never experienced that sensation before, she took two doses of Albuterol while under observation with slight improvement but the feeling persisted. It did not worsen either, she had no difficulty breathing, no change in her voice.
