Dizziness; nausea; headache; abdominal pain; body aches; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable nurse (patient). A 56-year-old female patient received first dose of BNT162B2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE, lot number: BEL-3246), intramuscular in left arm on 10Jan2021 11:00 at SINGLE DOSE for COVID-19 immunization. Medical history included allergies to blue dye from an unknown date and unknown if ongoing. The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. The patient previously took Versed, Parafon Forte and experienced allergies. On 10Jan2021 11:30 AM, the patient experienced dizziness, nausea, headache almost immediately followed by abdominal pain and body aches within 6 hours. No treatment given for the events. The patient recovered from the events on unspecified date. The patient was not pregnant. Prior to vaccination, the patient was not diagnosed with COVID-19. Since the vaccination, it was unknown if the patient has been tested for COVID-19.
