1/15/2021: received 2nd dose of vaccine at 5:45 PM 1/16/2021: woke up around 8:00 AM with fever, chills, headache, body aches, fatigue (lasted approx. 24 hours) 1/17/2021: body aches and fatigue continued but improving 1/18/2021: body aches and fatigue continued but improving 1/19/2021: [7:00 AM] facial soreness to the touch, especially along cheekbones 1/20/2021: [7:00 AM] wake up with periorbital edema + face sensitive to touch (felt like pressing a bruise) 1/21/2021: [7:00 AM] face sensitivity improving but periorbital edema progressing + rash under eyes and on eyelids 1/22/2021: dermatitis remains but face sensitivity & periorbital edema improving; go to PCP at 9:30 AM; apply hydrocortisone 2% lotion at PM 1/23/2021: continued improvement; facial skin peeling under eyes; started Zyrtec 10mg in AM; used hydrocortisone 2% lotion at PM 1/24/2021: continued improvement; facial skin peeling under eyes; Zyrtec 10mg in AM; hydrocortisone 2% lotion at PM 1/25/2021: resolved
