Symptomtext

Throbbing pain; tingling fingers in left arm; pain going up the neck of left side; fever; chills; joint pain (both shoulders, low back, hips, and knee); loss of appetite; fatigue; weakness; headache; muscle pain; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable Other HCP (patient). This 40-year-old female patient (not pregnant) received the first dose of BNT162B2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE) via Intramuscular on 08Jan2021 on Arm left at single dose (Lot # 3249) for covid-19 immunisation. Medical history included Osteoporosis, vitamin D deficient. No known allergies. No other vaccine in four weeks. Concomitant medications included other medications in two weeks. She experienced throbbing pain and tingling fingers in left arm, pain going up the neck of left side. Also experience typical side effects: fever, chills, joint pain (both shoulders, low back, hips, and knee), loss of appetite, fatigue, weakness, headache, and muscle pain on 09Jan2021. No Covid prior vaccination. No covid tested post vaccination. No treatments received. Outcome of the events was recovering.

I received my second covid 19 vaccine on 1/18/21. I was 7 weeks pregnant at that time. About 14 hours after receiving the injection, I developed a fever of 100.4 accompanied by feeling unwell like I had the flu. Symptoms included local pain at the injection site, chills, malaise, headache, joint pains and fever with temp max of 102.6 at about 26 hours post vaccine. Tylenol 1000mg taken. Then I slept until the next morning. Symptoms improved by 36 hours post vaccine. Afebrile but feeling tired following throughout the next day.

Symptomtext

Prescheduled eye exam (every 6-7 weeks) and and shot in right eye on 2/3/20 for macular degeneration showed a new large wet macular degeneration in left eye which had been stable for over 2 years. Consequently, shots are now scheduled for both eyes every 6 weeks.
