Had shot at 4:26pm Ate a light dinner(lentil soup and omelette) Woke up around 2:30 am felling nauseas and had diarhea and chills which continued through the night and following day. Very weak and passed out briefly when feeding my dogs.Ate a bland diet and drank plenty of water for the next few days. Felt better on Saturday January 30th
