Symptomtext

Health was fine, and was walking with a walker. Within weeks there were complaints of a loss of bladder function. We took her to Dr's and they gave her medication which has not helped. Then a few weeks later there was pain in the legs causing weakness and pain, she was barely able to push a walker. Then her mind went and her behavior was unusual until she was admitted to the hospital on July 22, 2021. At this point she was not able to make clear words, she was talking to imaginary people, did not recognize her family and her legs froze and her ankle locked up is a sideways position. Within a week she stopped swallowing, and her white blood count was high and she went unconscious and a feeding tube was put in to keep her alive.

They changed their mind a lot, first stating it was a Thyroid storm, then Encephalitis, then grave's disease, then lithium poisoning. After 11 months in 2 different rehab facilities, she is no longer able to walk, and her speech and brain is affected.
