Symptomtext

felt as though she was coming down with illness; feeling of unwellness; tingling on left side of lower lip and then tingling of tip of tongue; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer (patient). A 72-year-old non-pregnant female patient received first dose of BNT162B2 (PFIZER-BIONTEC COVID-19 VACCINE, Solution for injection, Batch/ Lot number EL926905/2021, expiry date was not reported), via an unspecified route of administration at left arm on 04Feb2021 at 11:00 (at the age of 72-years-old) as a single dose for COVID-19 immunization. Patient had known allergies to tetracyclines and atorvastatin (LIPITOR). Patient medical history included chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, IBS (irritable bowel syndrome), cancer, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Concomitant medications included omeprazole (ZEGERID), fluticasone propionate (FLONASE), enalapril, calcium carbonate (TUMS), magnesium. Patient did not receive other vaccine in four weeks. Patient did not have COVID prior vaccination. Patient has not been tested for COVID, post vaccination. On 04Feb2021 (after 25 minutes) at 12:00, patient experienced tingling on left side of lower lip, then tingling of tip of tongue and feeling of unwellness. On 05Feb2021 (next day), patient reported felt as though she was coming down with illness. No treatment was received. The outcome of the event felt as though she was coming down with illness was recovered on 04Feb2021 and rest events was recovered on 04Feb2021.
