Symptomtext
Patient was having heaviness in left arm after receiving vaccination checked vitals BP was elevated at 175/128, one minute late they checked again it was 184/109. Patient reported that heaviness on left side was getting worse. Nurse working the clinic got a wheelchair and took patient to Emergency Room. While they were on the way to the ER, patient started complaining of numbness and tingling down left side of arm.
