Sweats, aches, dehydration, diziness, light headed, rapid heart beat all starting the night of 3/17/2021, Covid test taken the morning of 3/20/2021 that came back negative, left for spring break with family. Still felt bad on Monday, 3/22/2020- checked into the ER. I was then admitted to the hospital for 2.5 days with white blood cell count extremely low and dehydrated. $20,000 worth of a stay and tests later to find the result all due to the vaccine

I instantly got a tingling sensation at the injection site. 5 minutes later in the waiting area, I got a headache and left-sided neck pain that did not go away (I still have these symptoms over 8 weeks later!). The next day, my left arm was very painful to raise and would get nauseous if I did try to raise my arm (these symptoms only lasted a day). I also had pain deep in my left shoulder joint (still an intermittent problem). The headaches and neck pain continued every single day for 6 weeks before I finally reached out to my PCP regarding my symptoms on 4/21/21. She prescribed me prednisone, which made the symptoms worse and more symptoms developed including vertigo with nausea and pressure with a burning sensation deep behind my left eardrum and on the left side of my neck at the base of my skull. I had a follow-up on 4/28/21 due to worsening symptoms. My headaches and neck pain were getting extremely painful. The pain feels like a nerve pain that goes down the left side of my neck, into my left shoulder join, down into my left scapula, and down the left side of my spinal column. The headaches come and go all day every day at random locations. The left-sided neck pain and pressure is constant. I had labs and a CT of the head done on 4/28/21 (WNL). On 4/29/21, I developed left-sided facial numbness that lasted the entire day and I went to Medical Center. Dr. recommend I go back to my PCP and have her order an MRI of my head and neck. My next appointment is this week. I still have slight numbness to the left lower facial area and lips along with headaches, neck pain and pressure. Today, I can barely turn my head due to the severe neck pain.

I received vaccine. Noted at the 30 minute post wait vaccine site feeling a very slight like it was hard to take a deep breath 15 minutes after receiving the vaccine. I took my pulse. It was 90. I did not tell the medical monitor people. My husband drove me home after the 30 minute watch period was up. At 1:15pm I gave myself an albuterol neb to. Post tx home pulse ox was 95% pulse 96. No n/v, no itching. Breathing felt improved . I did a home peak flow reading which was 240. My personal best baseline is 350. I auscultated my anterior chest. Diminished, clear, no wheezing. I sat calmly. My husband noticed the left side of my face was mildly swollen. Amazing! For him to notice! it was very slight around cheek bone to jawline. I sent him to get otc Benadryl. I took 25 mg po . At 2:20 pm Pam was 300 p02 sat 98% pulse 96. Lips felt tingling, no swelling. Speech clear. Swallowing intact Drank water, low sodium soup. 3:30 pm did another albuterol next. Sat 95% after neb . Pulse 89. 20 minutes post neb peak flow reading 320. Started feeling chills. Temp outside a nice seventy degree day. Wrapped self 6 blankets,winter hoody fleece, heating pad and finally fell asleep. Family watched me sleep. Woke up 7pm. Still felt cold. Had fluids, urinated, breathing ok. Went back to sleep. 11 pm woke up, peak flow 300, did neb, took Benadryl wore my cpap machine and went to bed till today.

1)Craniotomy 1993 left acoustic neuroma sub occipital surgical approach removed with subsequent left sided deafness, mild facial asymmetry. Chronic vertigo, balance issues. Exacerbation on and off with increased frequency and duration around 2016. In 2019 severe exacerbation, became disabled. Treated BPPV vestibular to, repeated Epley maneuvers. Some response. 2) Right torn rotator r/t fall. 3) Bilateral iridotomy followups. Pressures are good. 9 and 17 4) bilateral cataract extraction with lens implant 5) obesity - working on diet exercise 6) insulin resistance dx 2020. Diet 1700 cal . Prescribed 7) depression - during exacerbation vertigo. To with meds , counseling, resolved. 8) ?Reactive airways - trial of inhalers. To lose weight. 9) allergies - to with meds, environmental control 10) reflux - controlled with meds and avoid eating before bedtime 7)

Musculoskeletal stiffness Neck pain

Intense left sided Neck Pain; Stiffness; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer. A 70-year-old male patient received the first dose of bnt162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE, Batch/Lot Number: Pfizer EN6198), via an unspecified route of administration, administered in the left arm on 03Mar2021 11:30 as a single dose for covid-19 immunization. The patient's medical history included pancreatic cancer and bilateral pulmonary embolism (PE's) from 2015 to an unknown date; and mild chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) from an unknown date and unknown if ongoing. The patient has no known allergies/no known drug allergies. The patient was not diagnosed with Covid-19 prior to vaccination and has not testes for Covid since the vaccination. Concomitant medication included umeclidinium bromide, vilanterol trifenatate (ANORO ELLIPTA), azelastine hydrochloride (ASTEPRO), and celecoxib (CELEXA) taken for an unspecified indication, start and stop date were not reported. On 03Mar2021 at 04:00 the patient experienced intense left sided neck pain and stiffness. The patient was hospitalized for intense left sided neck pain and stiffness for 2 days. It was reported that the events required emergency room/department or urgent care. Therapeutic measures were taken as a result of intense left sided neck pain and stiffness (not specified). The outcome of the events was recovering. The patient did not receive any other vaccines within 4 weeks prior to the COVID vaccine. Follow-up attempts are needed. Information on lot/batch number was obtained.

mild upper arm soreness; nausea; strong diarrhea; vomiting; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer (patient). This 72-year-old male patient received the first dose of BNT162B2 (UNSPECIFIED TRADE NAME; lot number EN6198) via an unspecified route of administration in the left arm on 23Feb2021 at 12:15 (at the age of 72-years-old) as a single dose for COVID-19 immunisation. Medical history included gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), slightly high blood pressure (BP), and slightly high cholesterol all from unknown dates and unknown if ongoing. The patient had no allergies to medications, food or other products, and was not diagnosed with COVID-19 prior to vaccination. Concomitant medications included lisinopril, pravastatin, sildenafil and esomeprazole sodium (NEXIUM), all from unknown dates for unknown indications. The patient had not received any other vaccines within 4 weeks prior to the COVID vaccine. On 23Feb2021 at 23:45 the patient experience only mild upper arm soreness for 12 hours; then nausea, strong diarrhea, and vomiting. He reported it stabilized within an hour. He also reported mild nausea continued 24 hours after vaccination. The events were reported as non-serious and did not require hospitalization. No treatment was received for the events. The clinical outcomes of mild upper arm soreness, nausea, strong diarrhea, and vomiting were recovering. It was also reported that the patient had not been tested for COVID-19 since vaccination.
