Aprox 3 min after injection, broke out in rash and hives, severe itching in neck, face, chest, tingling lips and shaking. EMS was on scene at clinic immediately removed me from car and checked vitals, BP was high 176/94, took by ambulance to ER at Medical Center. Treated in ER for 4.5 hours. Developed migraine, received benadryl, steriods,and medicine for the migraine. Sent home told take benadryl for 2 days and do

I started feeling dizzy, and then later on i had the worst headache for 2 days and it felt like i was catching a cold, i got really hot, and was and still very sluggish after the second day. My chest also felt very tight and body aches, i feel terrible.I couldn?t even get out of the bed to use the bathroom and a little runny nose.

Morning after receiving vaccine- severe dizziness, chills, nausea, worst headache I have ever experienced on the left side of head radiating from the base of skull to the front of head, severe fatigue, temp 101 F. Symptoms much improved two days post vaccine.

Itching all over body about 3-5 minutes after injection. I took 2 Benadryl when I got home. Symptoms improved within 1-2 hours.

With the second COVID-19 vaccine I received the next day I had lymph swelling in both breasts, breast tenderness and aching. I also had tenderness underneath my right arm. This is not associated with my menstrual cycle. This also lasted about 10-12 days. With my booster dose (3rd) vaccine, I felt a little bit of swelling in both breasts that lasted 3-4 days.

Face flushed; lips and eyes swelled; lips and eyes swelled; lips and tip of tongue because numb; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer (reported for herself). A 35-years-old female non-pregnant patient received bnt162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 mRNA VACCINE; Solution for injection, Lot Number: PFIZEREN6207/Batch number was not reported), dose 1 via an unspecified route of administration, administered in arm right on 11Mar2021 at 14:45 (at the age of 35-years-old) as dose 1, single for covid-19 immunisation. Medical history included allergy to immunoglobulin therapy from an unknown date and unknown if ongoing (Anaphylaxis with allergy immune therapy), gluten sensitivity from an unknown date and unknown if ongoing (known allergies: Gluten) and food allergy from an unknown date and unknown if ongoing (known allergies: some shellfish). Concomitant medication(s) included phentermine (PHENTERMINE), topiramate (TOPIRAMATE), cetirizine (CETIRIZINE), diphenhydramine hydrochloride (BENADRYL) and ibuprofen (IBUPROFEN), all the drugs taken for an unspecified indication, start and stop date were not reported. The patient did not receive any other vaccines within four weeks prior to the vaccination. Prior to the vaccination, the patient was not diagnosed with COVID-19. Since the vaccination, the patient had not been tested for COVID-19. On 11Mar2021 at 15:15, the patient experienced face flushed, lips and eyes swelled and lips and tip of tongue because numb. No treatment was given for the events. The outcome of the events was resolved on an unspecified date in Mar2021. No follow up attempts are Possible. No further information is expected.

Note: Very difficult to read product name and/ Manufacture Lot number secondary poor handwriting so there may be an error there. Healthy pregnancy this far. Was fourth pregnancy for patient with no history of prior miscarriage. No bleeding etc. prior to event or following event. Fetus was found to have no heart beat at well visit on 4/1. Ultrasound records reported fetus stopped growing appropriately at time of first vaccination. Estimated Due Date was 10/4.

Tinnitus Vertigo

Vertigo began the morning of March 12th, 2021. Increased throughout the day and subsided. Still cannot look above my head without have vertigo effects. Increased tinnitus beginning March 12th. It has increased and is now at a point where it does not subside.
