Symptomtext

Patient is a 60 year old female with PMH of HTN and HLD who presents with c/o cough. As per patient she had a head cold which started on Friday 12/24/21. Patient states that 2 days ago she developed a cough and that increased with any exertion to the extent that she felt as though she was choking. Patient denies chest pain, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. Patient was vaccinated with Pfizer in February and March. In the ED, pulse ox is 90% on RA and improved to 98% on O2 at 2L/min, temp is 101.6. Patient's rapid covid is negative. K 3.2, CRP 4.24, Ferritin 537, ESR 38. CXR is negative
