I was improperly and negligently administered the wrong vaccine by this clinic. My vaccination schedule was as follows: 3/11/2021 - Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine - Moderna US, Inc. LOT 040A21A - Health District 4/16/2021 - Pfizer-BioNTech Covid-19 Vaccine - Pfizer Manufacturing LOT HR-EP7533 The folks at the health clinic ignored my vaccination card which clearly stated I had already received my first dose of Moderna back in March and negligently administered a dose of Pfizer to me and sent me on my way. It was only the next day when I noticed the discrepancy on my vaccination card. When I scheduled my appointment with them on the computer prior to attending they advertised that they were a Moderna vaccine site. When I got there and tendered my papers for the appointment and my card which was already stamped Moderna from my first dosage no one said anything and they gave me the wrong injection. These people should be notified and held accountable for their negligence.
