Symptomtext

Eczema-like patches appeared 2 weeks after my second dose of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID19 vaccination. They were very red, extremely itchy, and appeared on my legs, arms, inner-elbow, and hands. They lasted for several weeks despite attempts at treatment which included over the counter eczema medication and various eczema and atopic dermatitis creams/lotions. These patches appear out of nowhere with no prior indications.

Symptomtext

Shingles developed on back and arms day after second Pfizer covid vaccine.; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer. A 40-years-old male patient received BNT162B2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE, Solution for injection. Batch/Lot Number: EP7533), dose 2 via an unspecified route of administration, administered in right arm on 16Apr2021 at 10:00 (at the age of 40-years-old) as DOSE 2, SINGLE for COVID-19 immunization. Medical history included type 1 diabetes mellitus and testis cancer (malignant neoplasm of testis 20 years ago) from an unknown date and unknown if ongoing. Drug hypersensitivity (Known allergies: amoxicillin; penicillin) from an unknown date and unknown if ongoing. Historical vaccine included: first dose of BNT162B2 (COMIRANTY; Solution for injection; Batch/Lot Number: EN6204) as dose 1, single administered in left arm on Mar2021 at 11:00AM (at the age of 40-years-old) for COVID-19 immunization. Concomitant medications included losartan (LOSARTAN), rosuvastatin (ROSUVASTATIN), apixaban (ELIQUIS) and insulin lispro (HUMALOG) taken for an unspecified indication, start and stop date were not reported other medications received in two weeks. COVID prior vaccination: Unknown. No other vaccine in four weeks. Facility type vaccine at pharmacy or drug store. On 17Apr2021 at 06:00, the patient experienced shingles developed on back and arms day after second. Adverse events resulted in Doctor or other health care professional office/clinic visit, Emergency room/department or urgent care. Adverse event treatment include anti-viral medication and pain medication. No COVID tested post vaccination. The outcome of the event was not recovered. No follow-up attempts are possible. No further information is expected.

Heart rate increased. The highest was at 150 and it stabilized at around 90-100; Dizzy; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer (patient). This 27-year-old female patient received dose 1 of bnt162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 MRNA VACCINE; lot number 7533) via an unspecified route of administration on 07Apr2021 at 14:00 (at the age of 27-years-old) as a single dose in the left arm for COVID-19 immunization. Medical history included gallstones, removed gallbladder, scoliosis, sciatica pain, gastritis, migraines, and depression. The patient was allergic to narcotics and nickel The patient was not pregnant at the time of vaccination. The patient did not receive any other vaccines within 4 weeks prior to the vaccine. The patient was not diagnosed with COVID-19 prior to the vaccine. Concomitant medications included sumatriptan, amitriptyline, fluticasone propionate (FLONASE), and loratadine from unknown dates for unknown indications. The patient previously received atomoxitene hydrochloride (STRATTERA) from an unknown date for an unknown indication and experienced allergy. On 07Apr2021 at 14:00 immediately after taking the first vaccine the patient experienced heart rate increased and became dizzy. The events were reported as non-serious. The patient was not hospitalized for the events. The patient visited a doctor or other healthcare professional office/clinic visit as a result of the events. It went and came in waves but the highest was at 150 and it stabilized around 90 to 100. Only after the patient was treated with a diphenhydramine (BENADRYL) shot did it decrease to the 80s range. The outcomes of heart rate increased and dizzy were unknown. It was also reported that since the vaccination the patient had not been tested for COVID-19.

The next day swelling is still there, along with redness; The next day swelling is still there, along with redness, warmness to touch; itchiness; First day was swelling/ palm is swollen; tenderness/Whole left arm feels tender, and palm is swollen and tender.; This is a spontaneous report from a non-contactable consumer, the patient, via COVID-19 Adverse Event Self-Reporting Solution (COVAES). A 32-year-old non-pregnant female patient received the first dose of BNT162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 mRNA VACCINE; Lot Number: 7533), via an unspecified route of administration, in the left arm on 01Apr2021 at 09:00 (at the age of 32-years-old) as a single dose for COVID-19 immunisation. Medical history included COVID-19 prior to vaccination from an unknown date to an unknown date. The patient had no allergies to food, medication or other products. Since the vaccination, the patient had not been tested for COVID-19. The patient did not receive any medications within two weeks of vaccination. The patient did not receive any other vaccines within four weeks prior of the vaccination. On 02Apr2021, the patient experienced swelling and tenderness. On 03Apr2021,the next day swelling was still there, along with redness, warmness to the touch, and itchiness. The whole left arm felt tender, and palm was swollen and tender. The patient did not receive any treatment for the events. The clinical outcomes of swelling, tenderness, warmth, redness and itchiness was recovering. No follow-up attempts are possible. No further information is expected.

A 27-year-old female patient received bnt162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE), via an unspecified route of administration, administered in Arm Right on 02Apr2021 (Batch/Lot Number: 7533) as 1ST DOSE, SINGLE for covid-19 immunisation. Medical history included down syndrome. The patient also reported sulfa drugs (unspecified). Prior to vaccination, the patient diagnosed with COVID-19, however since the vaccination, the patient has not been tested for COVID-19. The patient did not receive any other vaccines within 4 weeks prior to the COVID vaccine. Concomitant medications (reported as other medications the patient received within 2 weeks of vaccination) includes: Topiramate, Buspirone, Mirtazapine, Synthroid, all taken for an unspecified indication, start and stop date were not reported. It was reported that the patient experienced Fever, stomach pain, congestion, cough, Xray showed enlarged heart and Echocardiogram results moderate circumferential pericardial effusion, all on 09Apr2021. The events resulted in Doctor or other healthcare professional office/clinic visit and emergency room/department or urgent care. The patient underwent lab tests and procedures which included echocardiogram: pericardial effusion (moderate circumferential pericardial effusion) and x-ray: showed enlarged heart, both on 09Apr2021. The outcome of the events was recovering. Treatment include: antibiotic, prednisone. No follow-up attempts are possible. No further information expected.

At approximately 6 PM on 05/23/2021, family was sitting down for dinner when all of a sudden she noticed that he was turning his head to the left and appeared to be falling out of his chair. Mom states that eyes were darting back and forth at this time. He was not responding to her shouting his name and his left arm was curled in towards his body with the rest of his body remaining stiff. This lasted approximately 1 minute, followed by a time of confusion and drowsiness. Approximately 1 minute later mom states that patient's eyes rolled back to his head and he had full body movement consistent with tonic-clonic seizures. Family were able to lay him onto the ground during this time. Mom denies any color change, apnea, or loss of bowel or bladder. States he did have one episode of emesis following the event, and 2 episodes of emesis in the ambulance on the way to ED. Patient has no previous history of seizures or seizure-like activity. No new ingestions. Has not been sick recently and denies any new sick contacts. There has been no head trauma. Per Mom, patient's dad has a history of "partial seizures" but never required any medication for them. At arrival to the ED he continued to be drowsy and not at his normal baseline. Continue to hold his left wrist up toward his body in a contracted manner and tended to have repetitive speech. Briefly, ER course significant for a CT head and evaluation by pediatric neurology. CT head was unremarkable for acute intracranial process. A CBC, CMP, and coags were also obtained due to patient's continued contracture positioning and the possibility of a stroke. CMP was unremarkable with a sodium of 139, potassium of 3.7, chloride of 107, bicarb 25, BUN of 12 and creatinine of 0.64. CBC was also unremarkable with WBC of 10.72, hemoglobin of 14.8, hematocrit of 44.4 and platelets of 370. There was 81.77% neutrophils after evaluation by neurology it was felt that the patient remained postictal and recommended that he be admitted on continuous EEG and possible MRI in the a.m.

Symptomtext

I had shot on Monday with minor reaction. On Friday I had incident of rapid irregular heartbeat, 159, but pulse was normal. I also experienced chest tightening, coughing and extreme fatigue. I went to ER but due to overwhelming large numbers of patients I left after triage. My EKG was done results not given to me.
