Symptomtext

10/11/2022- present to ED from SNF, for AMS. Covid + test. Placed on 3L NC 87% on RA. . CXR-no evidence of acute cardiopulmonary disease. UTI. Afebrile. Start Remdesivir, decadron, doxy and Rocephin. New liver mass on CT. Admit AMS. 10/14/2022- Maintaining 02 on RA. WBC-WNL. 10/16/2022- Repeat CT mass-cholecystitis with liver abscess. Finished remdesivir. contine with decadron and rocephin. Spo2 above 95% on RA. 10/20/2022-liver abscess drained. 10/25/2022-Cont. IV rocephin and doxy, completed remdesivir and on RA. 10/27/2022- D/c to SNF.
