The reporter is the patient. A 51 year-old male patient received bnt162b2 (BNT162B2), administration date Apr2021 (Lot number: ER8727, EW0173) as dose 2, single for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. Vaccination history included: Bnt162b2 (product=COVID 19, brand=Pfizer,, lot number=ER8727, EW0173,, lot unknown=False,, administration date=Apr/2021), administration date: Apr2021, when the patient was 51 years old, for COVID-19 immunisation, reaction(s): "lethargy", "soreness mild muscle aching". The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: VACCINATION SITE PAIN (non-serious) with onset Apr2021, outcome "recovered" (2021), described as "First dose- Injection site soreness"; MYALGIA (non-serious), LETHARGY (non-serious) all with onset Apr2021, outcome "recovered" (2021) and all described as "Mild muscle aching and lethargy 18 hours after the first dose.". It was unknown if therapeutic measures were taken as a result of vaccination site pain, myalgia, lethargy. Additional information: First dose- Injection site soreness, Mild muscle aching and lethargy 18 hours after the first dose.
