Symptomtext

Vomiting; Dehydration; Chest pain; Throat irritation; This is a spontaneous report received from a contactable consumer (patient). A 32-years-old male patient received bnt162b2 (BNT162B2), dose 1 via an unspecified route of administration, administered in Arm Right on 31Mar2021 19:30 (Lot number Er87277121) as DOSE 1, SINGLE (age at vaccination 32 years old) for covid-19 immunization. Medical history included known allergies: Penicillin from an unknown date and unknown if ongoing. There were no concomitant medications. The patient did not receive any other vaccines within 4 weeks prior to the COVID vaccine. On 31Mar2021 21:30, the patient experienced vomiting. In 2021 the patient experienced dehydration, chest pain and throat irritation.The patient experienced continuous vomiting which began approximately 2 hours after receiving injection. It has now been 72 hours. Vomiting has not stopped. Vomiting causing chest pain and throat irritation. Patient needed to go to Urgent care for dehydration. Prior to vaccination, the patient was not diagnosed with COVID-19. Since the vaccination, patient has been tested for COVID-19The patient underwent lab tests and procedures which included Covid test post vaccination Nasal Swab: negative on 02Apr2021. Therapeutic measures were taken as a result of dehydration which included intravenous (IV drip). Outcome of the events were not recovered.
