Symptomtext
I was monitored for 15 minutes after the shot and felt fine, so I left. Within about 5 minutes of leaving Pharmacy, my face became extremely flushed, hot and red. I thought my car was hot, so I turned on the air conditioning, but it didn't subside. No hives or any other reaction. When I got home, I called Pharmacy and was told it could be an allergic reaction and to take Benadryl and monitor for Anaphylaxis (go to ER if that happens). The Benadryl worked and I had no further symptoms. I was perfectly fine by that evening and into the next day.
