Injection was given on top of shoulder and could hear "tearing" as injected. Evening of injection and throughout night- could not move my arm and very painful. Believed to be hematoma, after about 5 days, was able to regain motion in arm but still painful and unable to execute full range of motion. Kept thinking it would subside and get better. After several months- no improvement. Visited Doctor in August, started Physical Therapy. MRI revealed Adhesive Capsulitis, inflammation, 3 torn rotator cuffs, bursitis. Received 2 cortisone injections in past 6 months, still in Physical Therapy. Improving but still very limited range of motion in back movement of arm. Discussing manipulation under anesthesia and/or possible surgery.

mentally fuzzy/mind was spacey; short term memory loss; body aches; very upset stomach; wiped out /exhausted; hallucinations; chills/shivering; high temp; got hot; my muscles in my neck, back, arms and legs tightened; freezing for a few hours; vomiting; armpit glands felt like they were being twisted and pulled/armpits hurt.; felt very sick; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer (patient). A 58-year-old male patient received BNT162B2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE, solution for injection), dose 2 via an unspecified route of administration, administered in arm left on 26Mar2021 15:15 (Batch/Lot Number: Pfizer ER8730) as single dose for COVID-19 immunisation. Medical history included penicillin allergy and allergies to nitrates, nitrites and sulfites. There were no concomitant medications. The patient previously took and had allergies to MSG (monosodium glutamate). Historical vaccine included BNT162B2 dose 1 for COVID-19 immunisation. The patient had no other vaccine in four weeks prior to covid vaccine. It was reported that 11 hours after shot (Sat 27Mar2021 2:00am), the patient experienced chills, high temp and hallucinations, then got hot, muscles in his neck, back, arms and legs tightened, then freezing for a few hours. At 8:00am, he was wiped out but functioning. At 1:00pm (Sat), he started feeling chills, hot, body aches along with very upset stomach, slept on/off until 4 or 5pm when he started shivering, vomiting and some hallucinating. His armpit glands felt like they were being twisted and pulled. He felt very sick and asked his wife to call #. Paramedics came, took vitals (unknown result), blood (unknown result) and offered to take him to the hospital. They stayed an hour until he felt stable and fell asleep in his bed. Sunday, 28Mar2021 morning, he felt exhausted, slightly better but his mind was spacey, body achy and armpits hurt. At 12:00pm, he noticed short term memory loss. He ate a few crackers and drank water, napped on/ off, went to bed around 900pm. On Mon, 29Mar2021, he was still achy and mentally fuzzy. Side effects diminished after a few more days. The events resulted in doctor or other healthcare professional office/clinic visit. Therapeutic measures were taken as a result of the events; vitals, blood draw, observation by paramedics. The outcome of the events was recovered with recovered/resolved with sequel.

Symptomtext

Initially there was a small bruise and very mild tenderness at injection site (left deltoid). The bruise has gotten bigger , there is now a pea sized lump under the bruise and the area under the bruise has increased in tenderness to the point where it is not tender to very light touch. There is no redness, swelling or discharge at the site. I have been experiencing a great deal of nausea since the second shot. No fevers.

Headache; Body aches; Light headed; Loss of energy; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer, the patient. A 54-year-old male patient reported for himself that he received first dose of BNT162B2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE, Batch/lot number: Pfizer er8730, Expiration date: unknown) via an unspecified route of administration on 22Mar2021 at 13:00 on left arm at single dose for COVID-19 Immunization. Medical history included Chrones. The concomitant medication was not reported. Prior to vaccination, the patient was not diagnosed with COVID-19. Patient did not receive any other vaccines within 4 weeks prior to the COVID vaccine. On 23Mar2021 16:00 (24-hour clock), patient experienced headache, body aches, Lightheaded and Loss of energy. The patient did not receive any treatment for the events. The reporter assessed the event as non-serious. The events were not recovered. No follow-up attempts are possible. No further information is expected.

prev dose administration date=24Feb2021/prev dose administration date=03Mar2021; got my period 2 days after shot which is one week early. i have tracked my period for the last year and i have consistently gotten it every 28 days, except this month and the months of Mar and Apr; This is a spontaneous report received from a contactable reporter(s) (Consumer or other non HCP). The reporter is the patient. A 34 year-old female patient (not pregnant) received bnt162b2 (BNT162B2), administration date 03Mar2021 (Lot number: pfizerer8730) at the age of 34 years as dose 2, single and administration date 24Feb2021 (Lot number: pfizerer6198) as dose 1, single for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history was not reported. The patient took concomitant medications. The following information was reported: INAPPROPRIATE SCHEDULE OF PRODUCT ADMINISTRATION (non-serious) with onset 03Mar2021, outcome "unknown", described as "prev dose administration date=24Feb2021/prev dose administration date=03Mar2021"; MENSTRUAL DISORDER (non-serious) with onset 2021, outcome "unknown", described as "got my period 2 days after shot which is one week early. i have tracked my period for the last year and i have consistently gotten it every 28 days, except this month and the months of Mar and Apr". Therapeutic measures were not taken as a result of menstrual disorder. Additional information: Patient received dose 3 on 06Dec2021 05:15 PM (Lot number: fj1620). Patient did not receive any other vaccines within 4 weeks prior to the COVID vaccine. Other medications received within 2 weeks of vaccination was birth control pill. Patient got her period 2 days after shot which was one week early. She has tracked her period for the last year and have consistently gotten it every 28 days, except this month and the months of Mar and Apr (which was around the time of her first and second shot). Adverse event start date and time was reported as 08Dec2021 06:00 PM. Prior to vaccination, the patient was not diagnosed with COVID-19. Since the vaccination, the patient has not been tested for COVID-19. Device Date: 08Dec2021 Follow-up attempts are completed. No further information is expected.
