severe bone aches in my left Femur; severe headache pain triggered by coughing/my head really hurts; severe headache pain triggered by coughing; systemic skin hypersensitivity; feel feverish/High fever but it was accompanied by all over without rash; body aches/it hurts horribly everywhere; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer(patient, reported for herself). A 49-years-old non-pregnant female patient received BNT162B2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE, Formulation: Solution for injection, Batch/Lot Number: ER8737 KPSF) via unspecified route of administered in left arm on 02Apr2021 02:00 PM as dose 2, single for covid-19 immunization. Medical history included acid reflux related chronic cough, asthma, allergies, spinal degenerative disk disease, known allergies included penicillin and sulfa, patient also stated that she was not pregnant. Patient previously received BNT162B2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE, Formulation: Solution for injection, Lot Number was not reported, Expiry date: unknown) via an unspecified route of administration on an unspecified date as dose1, single for COVID-19 immunization. The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. Patient had not received any other vaccine in four weeks. patient not had covid prior vaccination and was not tested to covid post vaccination. Patient received the second dose of the Pfizer vaccine at approximately 14:05 PM on Friday, 02Apr2021. After approximately 7-8 hours she began to feel feverish and had body aches. Initially her fever was low, 100.6 degrees F. The next day she had systemic skin hypersensitivity and her fever jumped to 102.6 degrees F for approximately 2 hours, then lowered to 101.4 degrees F for approximately 3 hours, then she slept for a very long time and the fever broke by Sunday morning. But she had very severe bone aches in her femur bones, both sides, but worse in her left Femur. It was extremely painful. The pain lasted until Tuesday morning, approximately 4 days after vaccination. Also, on Sunday 04Apr2021 she had developed severe headache pain triggered by coughing. This lasted until Tuesday. The headache triggered by cough was actually the only symptom that truly had patient scared of safely getting through the vaccination process. she felt things potentially could go very wrong very fast with this. While she had been waiting such a long time. she did file safety report online but she queried that Pfizer will get back to her. she was interested to know if there was any by any she really mean anybody else who's had a couple of thing that happen to he just want to know if anybody else had this. One was she experienced systemic skin hypersensitivity on 03Apr2021 and she had a high fever but it was accompanied by all over without rash that was important. There was no rash and there was no redness without rash all over her entire body her hands her feet's her legs her arm everywhere. Experienced skin hypersensitivity for example, she pull the covers up and it hurts horribly everywhere like soft it covers touch would hurt a bit. If she run her fingers up and down she arm it started feeling nice so she get tickle or something, it hurts and she really want to know if anybody else has experience that. The other things that she had experienced was she had lots of things. Patient had undergone unknown treatment. Patient recovered with lasting effects, hence outcome for all the event fever was Recovered/Resolved with Sequel on 04Apr2021, and severe bone aches in my left Femur, severe headache pain triggered by coughing/my head really hurts was Recovered/Resolved with Sequel on 06Apr2021 and event systemic skin hypersensitivity, body aches/it hurts horribly everywhere was Recovered/Resolved with Sequel on unspecified date in 2021. No follow up attempts are possible. No further information is expected.
