While laying down to sleep, I started feeling my heart was like I was having an arrhythmia but it was continuous. The arrhythmia I normally feel last only seconds. So after fifteen minutes of having my heart like jumping all over, I took my blood pressure five times in a row and all the readings were different from one another and high. So I went to the emergency room and after they make several tests they admitted me into the hospital. They treated me and about 5:00PM on the 29th of May, they finally had the atrial fibrillation under control and I was sent home.

Vaccine was given at 11am 4/10/2021. That day I had a slight headache, occasional dizziness, and a sore arm. Then on Wednesday 4/21/2021 I woke up at 6am and couldn't function. I felt so extremely tired that I could barely move, had a pretty sever headache and chills. Thursday 4/22/2021 was the same: chills (couldn't get warm), severe headache, and extreme fatigue. Today, Friday the 23, I still have a slight headache, but the extreme fatigue and chills have gone away.

Dizziness Immediate post-injection reaction

Symptomtext

Immediately following injection, with a matter of seconds, had dizziness; This is a spontaneous report from a contactable consumer, the patient. A 61-year-old non-pregnant female patient received first dose of BNT162b2 (PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 mRNA VACCINE; Lot Number: PFIZERER8737) via an unspecified route of administration in the right arm on 08Apr2021 at 15:00 (at the age of 61-years-old) as a single dose for COVID-19 immunisation. Medical history included osteoporosis (nothing relevant. very healthy in general), one previous anaphylactic episode, which cause was unknown and known allergies to latex. Prior to the vaccination, the patient was not diagnosed with COVID-19. Concomitant medication included naproxen sodium (ALEVE), from an unknown date for unknown indication and unknown if ongoing. The patient did not receive any other vaccine within four weeks prior to the COVID vaccine. On 08Apr2021 at 15:00, immediately following vaccination, with a matter of seconds, the patient had dizziness. The dizziness persisted for 8 hours, on and off. The patient was concerned about getting second dose. Since the vaccination, the patient had not been tested for COVID-19. The event resulted in doctor or other healthcare professional office/clinic visit. No therapeutic measures were taken as a result of the reported events. The clinical outcome of event, the patient had dizziness was resolved on 08Apr2021 at 23:00. No follow-up attempts are needed. No further information is expected.

Arthralgia Musculoskeletal pain Pain Pain in extremity

At the time I received the 2nd Dose, I was experiencing some sore muscles as an effect of physical therapy exercises and massages. Specifically, I have deep pain in both buttocks, my side of my left hip and thigh, both sides of my left knee and lower calve. After I received the 2nd Dose, the muscle pain never went away. I have been on pain management regiment of Morphine 15 mg and Cymbalta 60 mg with Hydromorphone 2 mg as backup when needed daily for 17 years to treat acute neuropathy pain from surgery that resulted in removal of the top lobe of my right lung, as well as bone and nodes. To handle the additional pain caused from the 2nd shot, I have had to add more medication at bedtime so I can sleep consisting of Advil 400 mg, Flexeril 10 mg, and Hydromorphone 2 mgs. In addition, I use Advil 200 mg, CBD 20mg to 400mg creams and lidocaine 4 mg patches during the day and night.

The inj. was administered at 9am on Saturday, April 3, 2021. I felt fine through lunch. After lunch about 1:30 I started having abdominal pain that peaked every minute or so and increasing with time and intensity with nausea. At 4:30pm I vomited x 3 what appeared to me my entire lunch. Abdominal pain continued with nausea and I vomited again x2. Contents in toilet was all liquid, moss green in color and left a noticeable sweet taste in my mouth. Pain decreased throughout night and diminished by next morning. Feeling weaker than normal and will stay on liquids today. Otherwise ok.
