2nd dose lot: 4/21/2021 He reports that after his initial vaccination he developed significant skin rash incorporating mostly the trunk and collar region. He reports this was significantly itchy however tolerable at that time. After his booster he had a significant flare of his skin reaction including severe dermatitis, severe urticaria, severe swelling involving the trunk neck and face which prompted him to be seen in the ER where he was given parenteral steroids as well as oral steroids.
