42-43 hours after receiving the first dose of the Pfizer vaccine, patient starting projectile vomiting, approx. or 10 times, every hour from 10am Sunday, 4/25 until approx. 2pm 4/25. Patient also had extreme abdominal pain (score of 10 on a 10 point scale) , showed signs of extreme agitation, discomfort , weakness, mild disorientation. no fever at this time nor diarrhea . Due to extreme abdominal pain and vomiting, patient was taken to Emergency Room where he was given medications to stop the vomiting, cramping . Tests run: EKG, CAT scan and blood work. Blood was normal, and EKG. CAT scan showed extreme swelling and inflammation to the entire abdominal cavity. Patient was discharged after pain was brought under control . Within hours of coming home the patient started to experience sever diarrhea, (watery discharge every hour for about 6 hours - patient estimates at least a gallon or more of liquid loss). Patient was on Gatorade, water intake , as much as he could take , continuously. No vomiting was experienced, but at this point patient was on the medications to control symptoms given at ER discharge. Patient experienced intermittent sharp pain despite medications to stop cramping and coat stomach and nausea continued despite nausea medication . on Monday, April 26th, around 3pm the abdominal pain increased, and by 10pm a high fever was present: 102.8 without ibuprofen, 101.4 with ibuprofen, and at this writing, Tue 4/27/21 at 2:30pm, the fever continues at 101.4 with continuous ibuprofen. The patient has not eaten solid foods and is now on Pedialyte, He has vomitted twice since 7am and is currently experiencing diarrhea .
