Exactly one week later I suddenly broke out in hives all over my body. They were controlled by Benadryl and faded over about 48 hrs. Following the hives, a rash formed over my whole body in the form of small patches that were bumpy and red. One month later the rash persists and perhaps worsens. It is not itchy, but slightly painful when scratched.
