A 67-years-old female patient received bnt162b2 (BNT162B2), dose 1 via an unspecified route of administration, administered in Arm Left on 13Apr2021 08:40 (Batch/Lot Number: EW0161) as 1ST DOSE, SINGLE for covid-19 immunisation . Medical history included ongoing atrial fibrillation Verbatim: A-fib she was diagnosed 7 years ago. Concomitant medication(s) included verapamil (VERAPAMIL) taken for hypertension from 2014 and ongoing; spironolactone (SPIRONOLACTONE) taken for hypertension from an unspecified start date and ongoing; hctz (HCTZ) taken for hypertension from an unspecified start date and ongoing. The patient experienced felt weak on 13Apr2021, low heart rate on 18Apr2021, she states that her brain was really foggy on 18Apr2021, her pulse was going below 60s which is low for her because her pulse is usually in the 70s (pulse abnormal) on 18Apr2021, she knows when something isn't right with her legs on an unspecified date, weakness of legs on 18Apr2021. The patient underwent lab tests and procedures which included heart rate: 50 on 13Apr2021 low. Caller had the 1st dose of the PFIZER-BIONTECH COVID-19 VACCINE and experienced some of the side effects after 5 days - She experienced slow heart rate of 50 bpm, foggy brain-cannot remember password on the computer, weakness of legs - Due for the 2nd shot on 04May2021. Caller was called about the Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine. Caller stated that she received the first vaccine on 13Apr2021 and is scheduled tomorrow to get her second vaccine. She stated that after receiving the first vaccine she felt weak. She states that she was at her friends house at the time and she did not mention it to him. She states that she came home and started using the computer and it asked her for her password and she could only remember the first letter and couldn't remember the rest of them. She states her mind is really sharp. She states that she got the pulse ox out and stuck it on her finger because she has a history of A-fib. She said that her pulse was going below 60s which is low for her because her pulse is usually in the 70s. Her pulse was in the 50s. She states that it stayed that way for almost a week. She says she is scared to get the shot tomorrow. She never had her pulse go that low.She states that night she couldn't go to sleep because her pulse was dropping down into the 50's and she was scared she might go to sleep and never wake up. She states that she was allergic to bumble bees, one time she got a bee sting and her face blew up. She is also allergic to penicillin. She states a bee stung her and she had to go to the hospital that's how she found out about being allergic to bee stings. The outcome of all events was reported as unknown.
